Skyworks is pleased to introduce Si86Sx Digital Isolators.  

The new Si86S6x state-of-the-art digital isolators include several outstanding and unique features. These devices are robust, with a 6.0 kVrms isolation barrier, and have low-power and sleep modes for conserving power. They have CMOS thresholds, Schmitt trigger inputs, a deglitch filter option and high CMTI for over-all high noise immunity. This product family also has specially designed options for SPI and QSPI bus isolation, as well as Wi-Fi compatible options for greater flexibility. Data rates up to 150 Mbps are supported, and devices achieve typical propagation delays of to 10 ns.
